How does engagement work?
Work starts with a 1–2 week discovery that defines scope, risks and estimate, and the proposal follows it. There are three models: a fixed-scope project, time & materials with a cap (hours worked, up to an agreed limit) or a monthly fractional retainer (a part-time senior architect, billed monthly). Each service page lists the typical timelines and what drives the investment.

The project continues from your repository: specifications, ADRs and automated tests live there from the first week, so your team or another senior engineer can take over. The work is documented as it is built, and documentation and knowledge transfer are part of the delivery, in the “Operate & hand over” step.
Do you use AI to write code? Is it safe?
Yes: we use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, OpenCode) within Spec-Driven Development, and nothing merges without passing automated tests, coverage targets and CodeQL static analysis. Client data never trains models, and we work under NDA. In production we apply guardrails and sanitize LLM output.
